DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY:  To see the site, head up California Pines Boulevard (aka County Road 71) until you come to the end of this paved portion of the road.  Continue down the unpaved section of California Pines Boulevard (which falls under the ownership of the POA) until you get to Favor Road.  Turn left on Favor, then go down past Field Road (on your left) to Hilton Road.  Turn left onto Hilton, past Schneider Road and Lazaris Lane (on the left), then turn left onto Bearpaw Drive.  Go past Ryan and Bison Roads (on the right), and then you will reach Cub Road (as shown in the aerial photo).  Turn right onto Cub Road and head down Cub for approximately  1/4 mile.  The property is on the right.
